Refunds are considered only if the service has not been initiated. Once work has begun on your project, refunds will not be applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay.

Cancellation

You may cancel a service request before work has been initiated. Cancellations after initiation of work are not eligible for a refund. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
